II. Product Principles
1. Core Expansion Mechanism
A mechanical expansion system is adopted to realize the opening and closing of the side wings:
Expanded State: After activating the expansion device, the side wings are unfolded and flipped along the rails to a vertical position, forming a flat surface with the main container body. At the same time, the side wings are fixed to ensure structural stability.
Folded State: The side wings are retracted and flipped downward, covering both sides of the main container body to form a compact size for hoisting and transportation. The width after folding is only 2200mm, which complies with the standard container transportation specifications.
2. Structural Stability Principle
The frame is made of Q235/Q355 high-strength steel, which undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic powder coating to form multiple anti-corrosion protections. The roof and floor adopt a precise load-bearing design, and combined with sealing strips and connecting devices, structural waterproofing and airtightness are ensured.
