Flat Pack Container Houses

Flat pack container houses are made of hot-formed galvanized steel structure and sandwich panels. Its modular components include top frame, corner columns and bottom frame. It is easy to assemble modular components on the construction site. For the basic container house, it can be combined horizontally and vertically (3 layers). Flat pack container houses can be used as offices, meeting rooms, dormitories, shops, exhibition centers, etc.

Preparation Before Installation
Before installation, you need to clean the installation site first, ensure that the ground is flat and solid, check the number and specifications of the components of the flat pack container houses according to the design drawings, and prepare a full range of installation tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, cranes, etc.

Foundation Construction
Build a suitable foundation based on the size and weight of the flat pack container houses. You can use a concrete foundation, accurately measure and locate before pouring to ensure that the foundation is level and has sufficient bearing capacity; you can also use a steel structure frame foundation, weld and assemble it according to the design requirements to provide a stable support for subsequent installation.

Box Assembly
Take out the side panels, top panels, bottom panels and other components of the flat pack container houses from the flat packaging, and assemble them in sequence. First place the bottom panel on the foundation and fix it, then erect the side panels and connect them to the bottom panel, use high-strength bolts or welding to ensure the stability of the structure, and then install the top panel to complete the basic frame construction of the box.

Interior Decoration And Equipment Installation
After the box is assembled, carry out interior decoration work. Install electrical lines, including lighting, sockets, switches, etc.; lay thermal insulation materials, such as rock wool boards, etc., to improve the thermal insulation performance of the house; install interior panels to beautify the internal environment. At the same time, install air conditioners, ventilation equipment, bathroom facilities, etc. according to needs to improve the living function.

Door And Window Installation
Install doors and windows at the reserved door and window openings, embed the door and window frames into the openings, adjust the horizontal and vertical degrees and fix them. During the installation process, use sealing strips to fill the gaps to ensure the sealing and waterproof performance of doors and windows, so that flat pack container houses have good lighting, ventilation and access functions.

Overall Debugging
After all components are installed, the flat pack container houses are fully debugged. Check whether the electrical system is powered on normally, whether lighting, sockets and other equipment can operate normally; test whether the water supply and drainage system has leakage, whether the bathroom facilities are in normal use; debug the operation effect of air conditioning, ventilation and other equipment.
