Waterproof

Design Planning
Combining the use requirements and site conditions, the layout, specifications and functional divisions of the double wing folding house are designed with professional software, and a 3D model is constructed.

Material Selection
Select high-strength, lightweight and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or carbon fiber to build the frame, and use new composite materials with good moisture-proof, heat-insulating and sound-insulating properties for the walls and roof, and prepare suitable hardware, rubber strips and folding connectors.

Frame Construction
According to the design drawings, the frame materials are finely processed, and the welding, riveting or bolting processes are used to firmly assemble, and the verticality, flatness and diagonal accuracy of the frame are strictly controlled to ensure that the structure is solid and the size is correct.

Folding Device Assembly
Special hinges, slide rails, etc. are installed at the folding part of the frame to make the double wings open and close freely and lock firmly, maintaining the stability of the structure when unfolded.

Wall And Roof Assembly
Install the wall and roof panels on the frame in sequence according to the design, firmly connect them by riveting, screwing or bonding, properly handle the joints, and seal with rubber strips and waterproof glue to prevent leakage.

Interior Decoration
Put water and electricity in accordance with functional zoning, install electrical facilities, decorate walls and floors, such as wallpapering and floor laying, install doors and windows and ensure smooth opening and closing and good sealing.

Debugging
After assembly, debug the folding function several times, check component connections, doors and windows water and electricity operation, and test waterproof, windproof, earthquake-resistant and other performances.
