Steel Column Installation
Use professional equipment such as cranes to lift the steel column, place it vertically on the embedded bolts of the foundation, and initially fix it with nuts. Then use measuring instruments such as theodolites and levels to accurately adjust the verticality and elevation of the steel column, and complete the final tightening after meeting the design requirements.
Steel Beam Installation
After the steel column is installed in place and calibrated, the steel beam is hoisted to the installation position and reliably connected to the steel column by welding or high-strength bolts. During the connection process, strictly control the welding process parameters or the tightening torque of the bolts to ensure that the steel beam and the steel column are firmly connected.
Wall And Roof Installation
The wall material can be selected from color steel plates, sandwich panels, etc., and fixed to the steel frame through self-tapping screws and other connectors; for roof installation, it is necessary to lay a waterproof layer first, and then install roof tiles or metal roof panels.
Doors, Windows And Ancillary Facilities Installation
According to the design requirements, accurately install doors and windows at the reserved openings in the wall, and pay attention to the horizontality, verticality and sealing performance of doors and windows. At the same time, install stairs, railings, water supply and drainage pipes, electrical lines and other ancillary facilities to make the steel structure villa have complete use functions.
Overall Inspection And Debugging
